Ammonia into water. ppm -> ml

Hey
I'm adding ammonia to a 120L container. It needs to be at a level of 5ppm(it drops over time)
in order to do this it'd be good to know exactly how much 1ppm is.
I'm using a 9% Ammonia solution.

so how much, in ml, is 1ppm, given the size of the tank, and the percentage concentration?
