Instead of using confusing abbreviations, write out the full name of the unit you are asking about.
At the moment, your query looks as though you want to know how to convert nanograms per millilitre to something, but what that is I don't know.

You are trying to convert to nano Molarity. What you need first is the molecular weight of the substance, then divide the ng/ml by the molecular weight and multiply by 1000. Molarity is the moles of solute divided by the volume of the solution in liter units.
