Hi, I'm wondering about converting cfm of steam at a certain pressure into lb/hr
In this case I'm working with 8-10 cfm of steam at 45 psig, am I able to convert that to lb/hr or do I need more information?

You would have to consult a steam table. Mine is in psia (add 14.67 psi to gauge). Closest entry without interpolating is temp 292 °F, pressure 59.35 psia, specific volume 7.2475 ft/lb, assuming saturated steam.
9 cfm is 540 ft³/h, or about 74.5 lb. You need accurate temperature or pressure as the curve changes pretty fast.
