My first reaction was "what the hell is an Ibmol." I think the "I" may really be an "l" lower case L. People who use US Customary units for calculations use lb-mol, or pound mole. It is 453.592 37 "real" moles, just the conversion between grams and pounds. Just as 12 g of carbon is a mole, 12 lb of carbon is a pound mole (ie an amount equal to atomic or molecular weight, but in pounds, not grams)
The fact I know what it is does NOT mean I support or encourage this ridiculous unit. You'll go blind working engineering calculations in Customary units [/end metric rant].
