A tank holding 10,000 gallons is 20 ft tall. Another tank only holds ten gallons, but is also twenty ft. tall---if both spring a leak the same size in the bottom--WIll the 10,000gallon tank have more pressure squirting out?

Initially, they will both have a 20' pressure head and leak at the same rate.

Of course, the pressure drops as the level drops, and the level will drop faster in the small tank (assuming the leak is the same size hole.)
