If it like the US, the color only determines tax status. You really should have a measured density and a chemical analysis of the fuel if you want any precision.
For a rough estimate, #2 (summer) diesel is around 0.84 kg/L, and almost all petroleum fuels are close to 85% carbon by weight, thus around 0.71 kg carbon.
If burned to CO2, the weight will increase in the ratio 44/12, or about 2.62 kg of CO2.
