Well, is it heavier or lighter than water?
A teaspoon of water is almost exactly 5 mL. Because it has a density of 1 g/mL, it would also weigh 5 g. So for water, or something that weighs about the same, it would be more than 1/8 but less than 1/4 teaspoon.
If it is some kind of moist cream, it might be about the same weight as water, but you really need to know its density to convert between mass and volume, regardless of what units you use.
