You'd have 160.3 PSIG
The trick in converting these is in understanding what each one means. PSIA Means PSI Absolute, whereas PSIG means PSI Guage.
If you look at a pressure guage at sea level, it should read zero. Thats PSIG. But in reality, there is 14.7 PSI there already, simply because of the atmosphere. So the Absolute pressure (PSIA) would be 14.7 PSI.
So...
PSIA - 14.7 = PSIG
PSIG + 14.7 = PSIA
