ACtually, the "n" is "NOrmal" cubic meters, measured at 0 degrees C, 1 atm
"Standard cubic meters" is measured at a different standard condition, also 1 atm, but in different industries, the temperature may be 15 degrees C (or 60 F), 20 C, etc. You have to get somebody to define exactly what the the standard conditions are.
You can use the ideal gas law to convert between the different conditions.
