Volume??

Ok, so here it is. Reading a label, tells me one volume of powder, and three volumes of water. I'm used to Ml, cups, teaspoons, etc.....so first, what is volume? and how to do change that into either cups or ml?

Ok, so here it is. Reading a label, tells me one volume of powder, and three volumes of water. I'm used to Ml, cups, teaspoons, etc.....so first, what is volume? and how to do change that into either cups or ml?

As far as I understand the label gives you proportion. Take one teaspoon of powder per 3 teaspoons of water or one cup of powder per 3 cups of water. In any case you'll get the proper misture. Depending on the amount of the mixture you need, decide yourself whether to use cups, teaspoons or gallons.
