The bushel is a measurement of volume, not of weight, so weight of a bushel will vary depending on what is in the bushel.
The average bushel of apples weighs about 48 lbs (21.8 kg.)
The average bushel of beans weighs about 30 lbs (13.6 kg.)
The average bushel of corn weighs about 70 lbs (31.75 kg.)
and so forth...

To place an answer to your example, the average bushel of tomatoes weighs about 53 lb (24 kg.)
